What’s so different about Bodytrim+….???

The big question on everyone’s lips at the moment is “What’s so different about Bodytrim+?”

To answer this question, I have created a video for you which reveals the primary frustrations you are likely to be facing on the Bodytrim System as well as the seven challenges in the current program which may have caused you to fail.

Watch this video, and feel free to comment about what’s stopped you from succeeding up until now. And how you would like the Bodytrim+ program to help you overcome the cravings… self-sabotage patterns… procrastination… lack of motivation… depression and emotional obstacles which have been holding you back.

Note: If you haven’t already joined our Bodytrim+ list to ensure you find out about the launch date before anyone else, just click on the link below.

And don’t worry, I will respect your privacy – I won’t share your email address with anyone for any reason.

I really hope this helps to explain the primary frustrations you are likely to be facing on the Bodytrim System as well as the seven challenges in the current program which may have caused you to fail. I also hopes to show show you exactly why I’m so excited about the launch of Bodytrim +!!

I’ll be on the blog for the next few days, so let me know what you think about my video and ask any questions you may have!

    Bye for now!

      Hi Geoff,

I wanted to lose about 8 kgs on Body trim and had lost about 6 kg which I thought was just great, but then I think oh well, I can be a bit naughty and have a few things that I’d cut out before and then suddenly, I’ve put back on 2 kg and then the depression sets in and it’s hard to get out of. So a motivational video to keep you on track and motivated to keep losing the weight would be great.

      Thanks,
      Toni-Ann

    Hi

I live in NZ and we dont get all of your products – keen to be able to obtain your shakes and bars when in Syd next month to try – where do you find them in the CBD area of Sydney.

I am just restarting bodytrim and founds the legends book really good as it showed all their menu plans

I do struggle with the detox part – even though I know it makes me feel better – so fingers crossed

    Hi Geoff

Have just watched your latest video clip. Great presentation. Thank you to you and your team for all the effort you put in to help chubby bubbies like me. Bodytrim Plus sounds sensational. I know I will be lining up to get it.

I have struggled big time on BT as a vegetarian and it was music to my ears to hear that Bodytrim Plus addresses vegetarian issues.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.

  6. Jane Conlon Says:

Hi Geoff hope you read this. My problems with bodytrim had little to do with the programme but with the customer support. I had a real wobble and looked for some help I found the response like something from the phonle lines where you press button 1 for this response and button 2 for the next. I felt there was little commitment from your team to help me with my commitment to losing weight. I lost 17 kilos and unfortunatley 3 have crept back on. I want to succeed and need to for my health and well being. Is this support really goint to be there if I go forward with BT+

  7. Leanne McGlynn Says:

Hi Geoff, I’ve had problems just like everybody else, falling off the bandwagon, and i make the big mistake of doing the three day protein fast to get rid of what I’ve put on,it works but i know its not good for me,so the + programe sounds fantastic, cheers Geoff.

    Geoff,
Please send past and future emails to my above address as I can’t access them on the one you are sending them to (jfull46@eq.edu.au). and it is driving me crazy!
    Thanks
    Then I will send comments!!

    Hi Geoff,

I have had great success on Body Trim. I have lost 24kg since January this year, but I am worried about keeping it off. I guess Body Trim + will help me here. I find the protein only days hard but I manage to do them OK. More variety of food would be nice.

    Regards

Hi Geoff. You can’t help but admire and love your dedication to Bodytrim. You can see how passionate you are about it. My question is, for those who have already bought bodytrim, will we be able to access to this new information via your blogs etc or will we have to purchase Bodytrim+. I started Bodytrim in June and have lost 10 kilos with just a few to go. I recently purchase Bodysculpt and will be starting that on the weekend. Thank you for Bodytrim which is such an easy, no fuss and powerful way to lose weight!

  11. Debbie Willimott Says:

    Great video Geoff

Theprimary frustation I have had is the snacks especially when travelling as ai cannot refrigerate the meats.

    • Sarah Doyle Says:

Debbie, one little thing you can do with the snacks & keeping them cold, is to get a small thermo/chill lunch box ( I use my kids’ one) & just put an ice brick in it & then pop a few of your deli-meats, low fat cheese etc in to keep it cool that way. I actually use them for my salad as well. most are big enough, with out taking up too much room in your bag. Hope this helps.

  12. Jodie Says:

    Hi
I purchased Bodytrim and haven’t had the greatest success due to my lack of will power. Do I need to now buy bodytrim + to upgrade or can you buy parts of? How much is bodytrim +?
I am really keen to start a fresh and try again
    Thanks for your help.

  13. Des Says:

    Hi,
I have just watched the Bodytrim+ video on line. Let me first say that maybe I am one of the fortunate ones with a positive success rate in as much as I am now into the 17th Kg loss since 24th July – I started that day a 118.3 kg. But, as you allude to in both your original and now the “+” versions it requires commitment. I see from your “+” video that the theme is “Fix the problem, not the blame” by “finding a way to make it work”. Congratulations because in my view this is by far the biggest component of the “psyche'” you mention. Moreover, in my case particularly, I have been a COPD patient diagnosed for about 20 years.

I could not walk much more than the distance betwen to power poles without the need for a rest. When I first saw you videos requiring a 30 min walk that became my goal – not the picture on the wall.
Let me tell you this… I now do this 30 mins with relative ease and absolutely no stops – up slight grades included. If the doctor is interested tell her that BP is down to 130/75 (previously 145/85), resting pulse rate 60-65 (85-90), Peak flow 350 (220) given the COPD status and pO2 97 (92). All this has really settled in the last couple of weeks.

Also, for what it is worth, one of the biggest deterrants to getting the the “whole package” to come togeher is related to your reference to trips down the supermarket aisles. To try to economically resolve the shopping list (and this system is not cheap to get off the ground because it requires a substantial investment to restock the fridge and larder) the need is to diligently ply one’s way through the menus and establish a contents list for groceries. I came up with a way of support for this need which my wife says eases the burden of this phase of the preparation. I would like to share it with you.

On an Excel spreadsheet I entered all the data for all the various meals, breakfasts, lunches and dinners – to which I can also add the web suggestions – with all their ingredients and the page numbers in the book/privately page numbered web page printouts. From dropdown lists on a dail basis the menu for a week, or fortnight if required, can be displayed on another section of the spreadsheet with a summary of ingredients and the page number. When the menu for the week is satisfactory for the user another sheet in the workbook does a pivot table of all the ingredients thus far which can then be reconciled between what already exists in stock and what needs to be purchased from the store. A final pritout page gives a working copy for the kitchen.

By some standards it may be bit cumbersome. However, it reduces the tedium and almost makes th task of shopping bearable. This is a valuable component of the psyche’ – the “Damn, gotta do the shopping again” syndrome is weakened and the preparation of the meals is ordered and structured and only the ingredients and their quantities are purchased for the life of the menu – thus the reference to the economics of it all. It is working for us and it is fair to say that some of the suggestions you have received, as cited in the video, for problems experienced sometimes reveal themselves with us and do exist for us too. A positive plan of this nature takes one more negetive from the mind.

Anyway, for what it is worth, the above may give you another option to consider. As you would be aware there is strong competition out there for you. And the biggest “put-off” with both the other bodyweight loss programs and Bodytrim is the weekly shopping and its preparation. The spreadsheet notion swung part of her mind to enthusiasm for my wife and I believe it has gone a long way to our success with the program by “finding a way to make it work!”.

Regards and keep up the good work.

  14. Sonia Smith Says:

    Hey Geoff & team,

I alwys look forward to your videos and get fired up to do better.
I am a full time (45hrs + per week) working mum in government department role with very little time to devote to the neccessaties to make bodytrim effectively for me. I start early in the mornings, attend many meetings, that at times carry over into my lunchh break and sometimes well into dinner time. What I am trying to say is many a times I miss my snack times (because it is not appropriate for me to bring food into meetings), I miss my half an hour walk during my lunch break and many times I so tired at the end of the working day that all I want to do eat something simple and curl up in bed to conserve all my energy and sanity to tackle the next day.
Can you please help with some simple tactics I can use everyday to at least be able to implement to help with at least a little weight loss. I have extended family members that have had great success, but they only work two days a week and havehad plenty of time to devote to walking and cooking their meals and snacks. I try and eat all the food you have specified in your videos, but I am sure I slip up at times.
    PLEASE HELP!
    Sincere regards,
    Sonia Smith

  15. Akasha Says:

I think it sounds great, question is now though when is it coming out and how much is it going to cost. I really would like to get my hands on a copy of this but money is a big issue in my household at the moment thanks to medical bills. Also if it comes out soon how about some sort of challenge to get us inspired and motivated so we can all get moving to lose some more weight before Christmas. Doesn`t have to be any prize for the biggest weight loss just something to inspire us to get fit and healthy before Christmas as that is such a bad time of year for weight gain and getting off track. I keep trying to lose weight at the moment but am up and down each week but my health is not the best and I am having knee problems so no exercise at the moment but a challenge would be good for me at least to keep me on track and eating healthy, I would be happy with just that at least.
This time last year I had lost allot of weight on the Bodytrim plan but thanks to some emotional issues I put on 10 kilos over Christmas and no matter how many times I tried I just could not stick with Bt and kept falling off. It wasn`t until Bodysculpt came out and I tried the Bodysculpt challenge did I get back on track and lost that weight plus some more. I am determined not to put on weight again like I did last year.

Loved the blog. Im one of your fence sitters and have been inspired by your video – when can I see more. All the issues raised are exactly what I’m looking for… Gonna love Bodytrim+ Thanks Geoff

  17. Ros Edmonds Says:

    The video was great.
I’m happy with my result on BT, I was on a plateau for a couple of months, but tweeked a few things with food and exercise and my weight has just started to shift.
Yes I often have a problem with self sabotage, so the CD’s sound good.
Keep up the great work Geoff your’e a life saver!

    Cheers Ros

  18. Maria Jones Says:

Congrats Geoffro to you and your Team. I loved the new Bodytrim+ System. Very impressive indeed.

It was fun watching the shopping and cooking DVD’s. Also Stage 3, Maintenance will be a little more liveable with people struggling to make the transition from the weight loss phase.

Addressing the battle which goes on in our minds is brilliant. As we all know this is where the success begins and finishes. Giving us the confidence to be all we want to be in life.

I wish you every success with your new and improved Bodytrim+

Thanks Geoffro. Your new system rocks!

    Hi Geoff

Have just watched your blog – “What’s so different about Bodytrim+” – great stuff.

I am one of those who do, occasionally, struggle with Bodytrim, even when I see the fabby results. So, I’m really looking forward to the new, improved Bodytrim. Especially the new recipes as I love to cook. In fact I’m happiest in the kitchen preparing food for myself and my family and friends.

One question. Is it ok for me to be making up the protein shake (especially the chocolate flavoured one) on black coffee? It tastes like a sweet mocha – plus I get my coffee hit without the skim milk.

I really appreciate the support via email and blogs.

    Cheers
    Kathryn

  21. Kate Ahern Says:

    Hello Geoff
I hear what you are saying and it makes sense. I did an average job on Bodytrim partly due to self sabotage and also a lack of support at home. I am looking forward to seeing how Bodytrim + can help
    Regards
    Kate

  22. Kay Says:

    Dear Geoff,
I really think you have now ‘hit the nail on the head’. In my experience I find much sense in the physical method of losing weight but it still takes enormous commitment. I am happier now that my 64 year old body has decided after 12 weeks that it doesn’t have to store fat any more and my weight loss is now more consistent than it has been. It has been doubly frustrating because my husband has been on the system also and he has been consistently losing since day one. Anyway I still have a long way to go but to quote Murphy I believe the light at the end of the tunnel is NOT the headlamp of the oncoming train. Thank you for your support and and notion that it might not be quite an immediate and consistent success for some people. But if you hang in there you will make it!

  23. Kim Says:

    Good afternoon Geoff,
Will you ever come to Darwin to do a live talk.
I think (No i know) you will get a great pack venue.

Good for you Geoff, thanks to listening to all the things that can and do go wrong. We all start out we the best of intentions and, well you know the rest.

  25. Trish Nankivell Says:

    Hi Geoff
Well, I sat and watched this video while I ate skittles and M&Ms!!!

I bought Bodytrim 2 to 3 years ago. In the first week that I used it I lost 8 kgs. Then I stopped. Of course, I’ve put that 8kgs back on.

Generally, because the protein and small meals message makes good sense, I’m aware and include protein more in most meals and am conscious of the ‘killer’ that sugar is to my body. I think that’s why I’ve actually managed to ‘not’ put on more weight.

Sugar is the bain of my existence. I don’t drink or smoke, I sugar!!

If I’m bored I eat sugar, when I’m busy, when I’m tired, when I’m emotional, when I read or watch TV, as a necessary treat when I’m out. I recognise that sugar is my demon and I recognise that the Bodytrim principles work.

I’m not clever or interested in spending time in the kitchen. For years as my family grew I managed to cook them healthy meals – albeit ‘one pot’ type meals – that ensured they had protein and vegetables. However, I showed my love and rewarded with sugar.

When I occasionally say ‘I’ll go Bodytrim for a while’ my eating is basic. Boiled eggs for breakfast, sliced meat (or now your protein bars) for snacks. Cooked chicken or tuna/salmon for lunch and 100g of beef or lamb for dinner. When I’m over the three days of ‘protein only’, which I must admit I’ve only managed to complete about 3 times, I bring in brocolli and spinach, but pretty much keep it ‘boring’ like that.

A big part of me feels like ‘if I know this is only for a while (until I lose all my weight) why can’t I keep it up?’ Yes it’s boring (the way I’m doing it) but if I really want to lose the weight just do it!

I’m middle aged, with most of my weight collecting around my middle. I know it’s dangerous and I want to do something about it. But you know – I can’t keep spending money on diet solutions – I won’t be buying into whatever Bodytrim plus is about. The real chance is that I won’t use it, so I’d better not waste the money.

It’s great that you’ve had successes – and I really believe that the underlying principles are correct, based on all the reading I do – but losing my spare 25kgs is (I think) always going to be ‘pie in the sky’ – problem Lemon Meringue!!

Cheers Geoff! Good luck with it all!
    Trish

  26. paul Says:

    Hey,
You talked about this not being a problem for vegitarians any more, could you explain whats different for the vegis this time ?

As i am vegitarian ( also giving up diary now) and had success in the past but am now back to where i started..I would love to have success again, only this time maintain it..I do believe the psychology and motervational cds will really help as when my wheels fall off i spiral down.Getting started again is a mother of a task…

Is it an option to purchase the cds only?

As a vegi if i leave my house unprepared im f#*ked, there’s very little options out there. thats if there is no shopping center around and thats not always time conveinant…

I bought your body sculpt program about a year ago but have not opened it yet as i keep telling my self “i get it as a reward when i have sucess on the BT program”…Have you got some advice for me?

    Cheers,
    Paul

  27. Fiona Bounds Says:

Hi there, I have just listened to the latest video chat with Geoff. Sounds great and can’t wait to see more about Bodytrim+. My question is, I have had good success on Bodytrim having lost 11kgs in 8 weeks, and have now moved on to Bodysculpt. So is Bodytrim+ going to be better than Bodysculpt? or are you looking at different groups/focuses with Bodytrim+?
I like the thought of more recipes as I am quite a boring cook with no adventure to experiment. I already do a lot of exercise and so that side isn’t a problem. My history is that I lost 32kgs on a different program, and once I had put 18kgs of that back on, decided I knew something different. Bodytrim has certainly worked so far for me, but the maintenance side is what I have always had problems with. Not that I am at that stage quite yet, so I am quite excited about something new.

    Fiona

  28. Ann Drazic Says:

    Hi Geoff
I have stuggled with headaches with having so much protein. the bodytrim plus sounds great though, especially with the vegetarian options as i GET REALLY bored with only meat options. I think knowing portion size is important as well, and also having food that is not full of chemical additives which are toxic and are not great for people with asthma. It sounds like it is worth having another look though!
    Cheers
    Ann

  29. Debbie Sims Says:

    Dear Geoff,

I had great success when I went on the Bodytrim program a couple of years ago and lost 13kg. Needless to say, it is back on again with interest. The greatest problem I had with the program was the lack of energy. I know you said the program promotes energy but for me it didn’t, quite the opposite. I have always been a very active person but on numerous occasions it was a challenge to put one foot in front of the other.

Any suggestions as to how I can overcome this. I am giving the program another go and I am interested in the BodyTrim+.

    All the best with it.

  30. charlie Says:

    cant wait to try bodytrim+
hope that we are already members we can access it quickly!
i cant wait to try it.

  31. Leza O'Neill Says:

    Hi Geoff,

It is great to see that you are addressing all of these areas. I did BT over a year ago and lost nearly 18kgs but since than have put on another 10. I just knew that inside my head that there was something wrong because I know what I should and shouldnt eat but actually doing it when I got to goal was just not happening. Then I started exercising excessively and found I was just starving and needed carbs excuses excuses excuses. So for me I have been on and off the program for the past 2 months but constantly keep on sabotaging myself why could I do it a year ago with ease but this time I struggle endlessly…….

  32. Jan Lawlor Says:

    Hi Geoff,
Thanks, the new Bodytrim+ will be great!
Motivation is a powerful thing and I believe this new programme will be terrific because of the new recipes, different options for snacks and the cd’s.
Bodytrim has been the easiest and most successful method I have ever used to lose weight so, I am looking forward to this new installment.

  33. Natasha Says:

    Hi Geoff,
I have had a weight problem all my life – Im now 30yrs, which I am now aware was greatly due to the way I was raised and taught about food. I took MYSELF to weight watchers at age 13, because I knew It wasnt normal to be the size I was. From there I tried probably dozens of programs, diets – you name it! Some worked for a while, but NOTHING has permanently helped me, because the part I need to correct first was my thinking, and view of food.

I first was introduced to Bodytrim by a relative that had great success, and when I watched the DVDs, I had a ‘lightbulb’ moment – it was as if I had finally learnt the truth! No gimmicks, or stupid schemes to rip you off- I loved the fact that it was LOGICAL and worked WITH your body.
I have repeatedly tried to start the program, but after 2 days, the thing I couldnt get past was the most horrific headaches Ive ever had!! It scares me to try again because I realise I must be soooo addicted to sugar/carbs, that my body just goes into shock! I will do it, but need to get my head sorted first, which is why I am so EXCITED about bodytrim+
I truly believe weight loss, is something people who have never been overweight will NEVER understand, its like telling an alcoholic- Just dont drink!!
Its not that simple…… Im really glad it sounds like the system you have come up with is going to deal with the psycology side too.

    Thanks for caring about people.
    Natasha

  34. D Olsen Says:

    Hi Geoff
I have lost 20kg since Feb 2010 but have lost motovation. Have been in hospital and had a big operation. Started on the 3 day protien only again
went really well then started back at work and now find it really hard to have 3 meals and 3 snacks every 3 hours also bore with the same old food over oand over lookin forward to bodytrim+

  35. Jenna-Lee Says:

    Hey Geoff,
I’m one of those people who get really fired up about the program but if I don’t see instant results I’m really easily disheartened and demotivated. I only lost 4kg in the beginning, and now I’ve put that back on plus an additional 4. I’ve had a dark cloud over my head for a few months now and really want to get out of the rut I’m in. Sounds like you’ve got a great system on your hands and if you’ve worked more on the motivation side of things (and the variety – as that was a huge killer for me) It could very well keep me going.

I’m looking forward to that gorgeous waistline I’ve always dreamed of.

  36. Judi Says:

Your enthusiasm is to be commended Geoff! I started bt last Nov and am completely happy with the results. I have reached my goal weight in Aug (total of 12kgs), after struggling with the last 2 or so kg, and have been able to maintain my weight in a range that I am happy with, but have been happy with my weight overall, since March. I find bt such an easy system to use, and am always sharing its benefits with people! I am very interested to see how different the bt+ is-you can always learn something new! Go Geoff, and hang in there all those who are struggling!

  37. Becks Says:

    Hi Geoff

Good on you for listening and developing the system.

I’ve lost 4kgs but it’s a bit slower than I expected so I really look forward to BT+

    Cheers, Becks

  38. rebecca Says:

love the bodytrim system. Have lost 19 kilos and need to shed 4-5 more. My motivation was my husband who also shed 10 kilos. Having a buddy is great. Constant motivation is the key. I have never felt better. good on you Geoff. x

  39. Sandii Berkhout Says:

Love the idea of more options for vegetarians – though I am a vegan so that excludes eggs, milk and cheese. I feel for Paul as I too have struggled if I am not prepared, with my snacks when I’m out. Would love to have easy options (though the bodyliscious bars are wonderful).

  40. Bev Cheswright Says:

I am already a member does it cost anymore to sign up for BODYTRIM PLUS?
    Regards,

  41. Jan Says:

I also bought bodytrim 2-3 years ago and lost 10 kilos. I have put this back on and more. I am such a sugar addict . I gave up smoking some years ago and giving up sugar and staying off is so much harder . I’m so sick of this merry go round. Not sure if Bodytrim plus will be able to help me.
I really feel so depressed and sick of myself this is a new low for me. I joined the Bodyscuplt challenge thinking yes this is it the last time I will loose this weight for good. I did loose 5 kg then put it back on when the challenge finished. I keep trying to do the protein only but only manage 1 day maximun.
    where to from here?

    • Sarah Doyle Says:

Jan…. please don’t be too hard on yourself. I know how you feel in so many regards, as I do lose my way so often too & to be honest, I don’t have a lot of weight to lose, but it just goes to show that your “headspace” can affect how you tackle anything.

It made me feel very sad for you, how down you are feeling & I hope that just a bit of moral support might hopefully make you feel a bit better. Sometimes just having someone to contact can help.

What about if you just take it all in stages for the time being? I was reading what Des (above) was saying & his first goal was just to be able to walk for 30 mins a day…. not his target weight… so maybe you could start by not worrying too much about the food side to start with & just see if you can just drink plenty of water & get out for your walk. ( excersise gives you a natural high & I always feel so much better after I have been for a walk… just enjoying being outside & hearing the birds etc… maybe you coudl walk with a family member of friend to make it more fun) Then if you start feeling better within yourself about just walking, that might motivate you to give the food a go….. just one step at a time. my email address is sarah.love@bigpond If you would like to email me, please feel free & I would be happy to be a “buddy” for you…. we could help motivate each other ! Take care, Sarah 🙂

  42. Leah Jacobs Says:

I’m ready for it Geoff, bring it on!!! The new heart medication I am on has slowed my heart rate and my metabolism, so I am ready to check out Bodytrim plus to kick start things back up and just drop me down that little bit further. I am really excited for you, and knowing how you operate, I am looking forward to purchasing this – especially the motivational CD! I have had some down days, and your voice cheering me on from the sidelines would be just what I need! Thanks again for making your dream come true so others can have a better quality of life! Leah.

  43. Tammie Says:

How long does it take to walk 10,000 steps if you walk briskly. My step counter seems to fail and I would like to know if I should be walking for an hour or two hours per day or half and hour. Any ideas??

PS I love your bars, and wonder if you might run another special on them as I cannot afford Trim Club membership, but, would love to purchase more of them.

Love the Bodytrim diet. It has been my life saver.

  44. Narelle Says:

Geoff, I’m a member already & does it cost extra for bobytrim+ Also, had major back surgery 12 weeks ago & can’t seem to get back into the programme. I’m walking up to 1 hour most days, but can’t do 3 meals & 3 snacks. zneed help – look forward to the launch.

  45. Claire Lees Says:

Dear Geoff Was doing well on Bodytrim but had a total hip replacement a few months ago and just can’t eat as much as I used to. Am walking OK now but unfortunately I just seem to have “gone off” food. Really need to loose the 9 Kgs I have put on. Hope you can help me. Claire

Hi Geof I have lost 40 kilo on Body trim I would like to know how to keep the maintenance program going I feel I fall down on this part of it but I do pick myself up and get back on the protein only day after my free day

  47. Josephine Says:

I am looking forward to bodytrim plus because I had lost around 12 kilos and then somehow without even realising it, I started gaining the weight again. I lost all motivation and am finding it very difficult to get back into the programme. What will the cost of the bodytrim plus be? I do hope it is not going to cost much because I am also struggling with my finances

  48. Anne Says:

I really enjoyed the ‘cookies’ that you had on sale previously. I believe these have now been discontinued. I know you have shakes and bars but the reason I liked the cookies is this:

SHAKES AND CHOCOLATE LOOKING BARS DO NOT BLEND IN WITH THE REST OF SOCIETY … I don’t want to look like I’m on a plan … this includes boiled eggs, tuna, deli meats or fake chocolate bars for a morning snack …. please please please bring back the cookie … it slips under the radar.

  49. Cate Says:

I started Bodytrim 2 years ago and succesfully lost 12 kilos which I kept off for nearly a year. Then slowly they plus 6 more kilos have been gained over the past year. I am now at my heaviest ever. The recurring message I get from family, friends and workmates is that as I have hit menopause to just accept it. I bought BodySculpt, 21 Days to Permanent Wieght Loss as well as Bodytrim protien powder to help. I loose 2-3 kilos then fall off the wagon again. This seems to have become the pattern in the past year. Will current members like myself who have invested a considerable amount of money in the program be able to access Bodytrim + at a reduced cost?
I had been a smoker too many years to mention so never had much issues with wieght until I gave up 2.5 years ago

  50. Kym Says:

    Hi,
I have had very limited success with bodytrim. I did the walking no worries but have struggled diet wise. Even though I’m not a vegetarian, eating that much meat and fish is making me gag now just thinking about it. Hopefully the new system will help and I will get some more options. And motivation….

  51. Eli Says:

Hi Geoff, My husband and I have had reasonable success on Bodytrim (I’ve lost 15kg, my husband 28kg) but my problem is I am allergic to fish and fish products and I am getting board with meat and bacon and eggs etc…. There are that many things that ‘may contain fish’ these days and a lot of recipes are based on these products. I also struggle to eat my snack of protein at night and quite often by that time, being a mother of three either fall asleep etc, thus I am missing my sixth meal. My husband was buying a few of your Bodytrim meals for emergency use but these have ceased on your sight as well?? Anyway, I will be watching with interest.
P.S Finding time for the 10k steps is getting harder!

  52. David Austin Says:

I’m looking forward to the launch too. I lost 10 kgs on the original then though (like a lot of us) “Gee, I’ve lost this weight I’ll be a little naughty.” Then the little naughty becomes a big naughty. Needless to say I”ve put on 8 kgs. Not only that, I have a Mum in law (who lives with us) that likes to cook, cooks extremely fatty meals and I’m made to feel guilty when I don’t eat it. It’s hard. I hope the new bodytrim+ has some replies or strategies to situations like that.

  53. Karen Says:

Hi i lost 10kgs with sureslim over summer and then winter set in. I couldn’t get out for walking and cycling. Meals turned into those stoggy meals we all love to keep warm over winter and suddenly now with summer again around the corner find i’ve put on 5kgs. Having to try and motivate myself again and get back into the protein. Would love some help to stay motivated especailly over the winter months

  54. Bruce Says:

Hi Geoff, great to see this new program. I am one of the ones who hasn’t had much of a problem, well nothing major anyway. When I started almost 12 months ago now, I decided that I had to commit 100% to the program, and I have done that.
I have almost lost 25kg and have only 2 to go to goal.
I am active on the forum and hope that my journey can be an inspiration to others.
I agree that there are may out there who struggle with the mental side, and commend you for going down this track.
I was wondering whether you will have an ‘upgrade’ path for those of us who may not need the full BT+, but would benefit from things such as the maintenance/shopping components?
    Regards

    Bruce (webcodes)

  55. Marylyn Says:

    Hi Geoff,
you are so passionate! And why not! To actually work with people changing their lives on a daily basis, great job…
BT+ sounds like part of the missing puzzle and for all the long hours you and your team have put in I say thank you.
I am 5 weeks into BT and eliminating the weight I so generously have added to my body over the past years.
I have a problem with “instant gratification” in as much as I would love to remove the weeks/months ahead of me and just BE THERE IN MY NEW BODY, NOW!…lol and I do understand that this is a gradual process coming off as it was a gradual process going on!
Anything that I can use as a tool to keep me on the straight and narrow has to be an added bonus so I ask the question…
I am doing BT are the + bits obtainable and how. I want/need that CD to walk with anything is better than “Rocky”(then again?)…lol
Looking forward to finding out how I can get involved with BT+
    Cheers,
    Marylyn

Iam like josephine inso many ways and am looking forward to bodytrin plus and like her I hope it will not be too expencive as I think it will be the answer to our problem pam

  57. Dawn Says:

    Geoff,

I am one of the many that failed on your Body Trim, lost 10kilos then put it back on and then some. With the BodyTrim plus do we get a discount on this seeing that we purchased BodyTrim in the beginning?
Or do we pay full price again for the plus.

    Dawn

  58. Pam H Says:

I lost 25kg when i first started but over time have put 10kg back on. Didn’t quite get to 65kg as i hoped but i was still happy with 67kg. I have no control with eating, when i’m good, I’m strong but when i’m bad i really over indulge all that hard work wasted. I also have bought bodysculpt but not at the right weight to ever start it. I’m also concerned with cost. I’m back on the wagon again just finished another bout of 3 protein days. I hope u can help me get to 65kg before Christmas & more important how to maintain, & how to control myself when i want to over indulge. Please help.

  59. Sarah-Jane Says:

    Hi
Thanks to body trim I’m up to my 12 kgs. Although walking had been difficult as I have back trouble and I work nights. It’s been tough. The protien days are hard sometimes when it’s close to pay day and not much food on the pantry. The positive things are the recipies I have cooked up my own protien mini cakes and have been great for those tough protien days. There is a little to choose when your on s tight budget. And the walking is hard when you back is aching first thing in the day. Need a bit of help

  60. Kayley Says:

    Hi Geoff,
Its great to see you improving Bodytrim but I LOVE Bodysculpt and have been following the Bodysculpt diet and exercise programme for the last 9 months and find it easier than Bodytrim with the 2 jumpstart days and NO protien only day. The only things is that I dont hear you talk about Bodysculpt anymore. If you have any improvements or suggestions that could be of assistance to me that would be great. I am at the stage of just wanting to tone up and keep it toned.
Keep up the great work and thanks for Bodysculpt.
Also I am like Anne I like the cookies too. It would be great to have them back. You dont always feel like a chocolate bar or shake.
    Please consider stocking them again.

  61. Geoff Jowett Says:

    Guys,

I’m overwhelmed with your response to my blog! Please bare with me and i’ll try answer your questions as quickly as possible. I’m certain that the new program will answer a lot of your questions and I’m really excited about launching this to you.

    Speak soon,
    Geoffro.

  62. Nicole J Says:

Sounds too good to be true!

I’ve had some success on Bodytrim but keep hitting the same weight (no where near my ideal weight!) then start putting on again even though I’m following the Bodytrim system to the letter. To say it is frustrating is an understatement!

I have twice now gone off for an entire week eating what I wanted (but strangely enough not always gone for carb or sweet options!), having a drink or two (which I normally abstain from 99.9%of the time whilst on the BT system) and restarted with a 3 day PO kickstart. This has worked and the weight gained is lost in a couple of weeks but then it starts going back on again.

Whilst your Bodytrim+ system sounds like it could be my ideal solution I will unfortunately not be able to afford it.

Good luck with the launch. Hope it is as much a success for you as the original BT system.

    Jaded one

  63. Helen Says:

    Hi Geoff

I was so excited about Bodytrim and stuck faithfully to it. Not having a huge amount to lose, I decided that 5kg would be my goal and I managed to lose that. I hovered around that new weight for quite a while, but like many others I thought it won’t matter if I have this or that little extra and then began cheating a lot. I had eventually put back about 4 of the 5 kgs lost and felt defeated. But now I am proud to say I have started over and am remaining Bodytrim compliant. My weight usually fluctuates by a 1kg anyway, but I am now determined to stick to my new plan and lose the weight again. I look forward to hearing more about Bodytrim+ and I truly believe that I am now back on the right track for the rest of my life.

  64. Geoff Jowett Says:

    G’day folks,

I’ve been busy reading through your comments and want to answer some of the common question that are being aksed…

    3) What are the vegetarian options – With many more recipes included in the new Reference Guide, there’s plenty more vegetarian options for you to choose from.

  65. Valerie Keevers Says:

    Hi Geoff,
Enjoyed hearing about the new improvements to Bodytrim. I found I lost weight but got fed up with some much protein as I really missed the fruit & vegies.

  66. Sally Gower Says:

    Hi,
I have lost a stone in quite a quick time…now my sone is getting married in just weeks and I would love to loose another stone, I am back doing the eating plan as much as I can remember….I do find it hard to eat 6 times a day, but I am confidant I shall loose another stone by the wedding

  67. Viv Says:

    Hi Geoff

Well around 12 years ago I had loads of luck going on Atkins when I gave up smoking, I lost the weight and had no problems doing so – but both my husband and I went on BT he had great success, I lost very little …. any suggestions?

Also as a current BT user do I have to purchase BT+?

  68. Linda Says:

Hi Geoff I must say I have tried so many diets for a long time and bodytrim is the best by far. When I started bodytrim I lost 5kg then I fell of the wagon and put on 2kg. It took me a while and I got back on and lost the 2kg I put on plus 5kg. Unfortunatly I fell off the wagon again and have put on 1Kg which isn’t bad but I have about 8kg to lose. The thing is I’m a type 2 diebetic no medication just on diet and excisice control when I saw my doctor 4 months ago he said I had to start losing weight and my first goal is to lose 6kgs before I see him next if I don’t lose 6kg by then I have to go on medication and I don’t want that if I can help it. I lost 2kg since then. The weight is not coming off like it did before. Therefore I hope that the bodytrim+ is affordable so I can purches it and hope that it can get me to where I want to be. Thanks again for bringing out bodytrim because if you had not I would still be the weight I was.

  69. Bernadette Says:

hi, have tried the body trim without success think this should work for me but cant work out why im not having the same sucess that everyone seems to have please help can you trial the new bodytrim plus as in prevese offer . help wanted cheers Mary

  71. Kay Cooper Says:

    Dear Geoff,

I would love to have the opportunity of winning the new Bodytrim+ programme and trying again, as I still have lots of shake powder and snacks and obviously I have not stuck to the programme seriously enough and hence have not lost much weight. I would so like to lose some weight before the Christmas season

  72. David Says:

    Hello,

As a working single person, I have a problem with weight loss food preparation. Although I understand that a range of meals are recommended for variety purposes, I just do not have the time to prepare some of the suggested meals when they become complex.

What I need is a simple weekly menu programme that includes the recommended food groups, but is not overly complex with the meals contained in the menu

  73. Cameron Abbott Says:

How dodgy – I try to order but it won’t let me order at $69 (only at full price $160) Not very good at all after getting all the emails and promos.

  74. AMD Says:

    Hi Geoff,
I was one of your first subscribers! I lost a couple of kilos (no where near as many as others despite following the program to a T!). When I fell pregnant I had to stop the program.
Unfortunately, I miscarried so went beack on the program and did not lose weight so I stopped.
I then, when you released the Bodysculpt, bought and tried this program with minimal success. I lost about 3 kilograms over about 5 weeks. At all times I followed the program to a T. I really enjoy the program and the only challenge I face on it is not being prepared (ie: if I can’t get access to a kitchen for a few days – if I’m travelling, I sometimes struggle).
I love that you have a new program out but I can just hear my husbands comments if I mention doing Bodytrim yet again.
So, I suppose my quesstion to you is: If I love the program and do not find it too hard to do, why would I expect any success with the Bodytrim+ when Bodytrim and Bodysculpt have not helped?
And, just so you don’t ask, I have been doing a Bodytrim program for about 18months in total and am now at the heaviest I jhave ever been despite following the program exactly as you recommend. Not even cheating – by the way, in case you didn’t pick up on it I am very Type A!!)
Please respond. I really want this to work for me!

  75. Anne Says:

I have tried to order at $69 and it will only let me order at full price. Please help me in purchasing it at correct price as I am a Bodytrim Subscriber.

    • Vicki Says:

Hey Cameron and Anne, I just purchased the system and it does only charge you the discounted price when you get to the end of the check out. Have another try.

  76. Helen Says:

  77. Catherina Says:

    Hi Geoff,

I have been away for a few weeks an unfortunately missed the special on the new bodytrim+ system. I was wondering if possible if there is any chance of obtaining it at the special price you had it at.

Please please help me with this. I need a boost to continue with the weightloss.

    Regards
    Catherina
